Please take note of the following instructions on how you can help us fix your email problem fast!

   
  If you have been directed to this page, we will need your help to quickly fix an email problem. This issue is in regards to someone trying to email you and when they do, it "bounces", or in other terms comes back to them stating that they are not allowed to email you.

Below, you will find instructions on how you can help us. You can direct the person who cannot email you to this page, so that they can send us the error report with which we can research where the problem lies and fix it promptly. We take your network / email security, safety, and well-being very seriously. In certain circumstances, we block whole ISP's, email address's, domains, and single email address's, and any other damaging traffic with our spam / virus filter servers.

If any of the before mentioned email problems happens to be occurring, we will open our filter up to their address to our servers only after being carefully scrutinized,  then allow them access to our servers and you. Please understand, this is the way of our new internet world, and is the only means possible to keep our clients safe. Yes, this is a hassle sometimes, but you should agree, safe is better then sorry... We want to do every thing possible to keep our clients safe, not to mention protect you.

Please note... we have no control over the internet, so your email may get lost before it hits our servers, or leave's our servers. However, with your help and the person's help that has this problem, we can find the  anomaly and fix it quickly. This dilemma is the result of hackers, spammers, and internet terrorists. It affects ALL ISP's, not just us. Some ISP's do not protect their clients and couldn't care less. We do not share their views.

Following is a step by step procedure on the information that we will need the person trying to email you to perform, to find the problem quickly. We are happy to assist you as well, please contact us via the link at the bottom of this page.

   
 
  1. Open your Outlook or Outlook Express
  2. Hi-light the email message that shows the error message, and RIGHT mouse button click on it. Then click on OPTIONS.
  3. At the bottom of that little window, you will see INTERNET HEADERS...
  4. SINGLE click on the data shown in that little window, then press your "CTRL" and "A" keys on you keyboard. You will notice that the data will highlight in blue as per photo below.
  5. RIGHT mouse button click on the blue, and choose COPY.
  6. Now, click here IBEX CONTACT and in Enter your comments in the space provided below: window, (where you would type a message)
  7. RIGHT mouse button click on the blank window and click on PASTE. This will paste the data that you just copied, to our help desk.
  8. Send that new message to us. It will contain the exact problem of the message that we need to see. We  cannot obtain that information any other way unless we have a way to remotely connect to your computer so that we could do this for you and you wouldn't have to worry about it. Another valuable option our clients enjoy.
  9. You may close all the windows at this time, and wait for our response, which should not take very long, as we have people available 24/7.
  10. The more information you provide, the faster we can resolve the issue, and you learned how to cut and paste!!!
